Hannah and Luke are the kind of couple you instantly adore, effortlessly cool, deeply in love and full of warmth. Their love story began in the heart of the beautiful historic city of Cambridge, tucked away in a little bookshop, over a shared cup of coffee. A simple, intimate moment that sparked a lifetime together and one so meaningful it was lovingly recreated on the top of their wedding cake. How special is that?
I felt incredibly honoured to be part of Hannah and Luke’s unforgettable day. This was the very first wedding I ever photographed, and what a privilege it was to witness and capture such genuine, heartfelt moments as they naturally unfolded.
Their wedding day was a crisp winter’s day, cold but bright, with the most beautiful sunlight pouring through the stained-glass windows of St Andrew’s Church. As Hannah and Luke stood together, declaring their love, the church was filled with joy, emotion and a quiet magic that only true love brings.
The celebrations continued at the cutest little Cambridge pub, full of charm and festive cheer. Roaring log fires crackled in the background while guests gathered with warm mugs of mulled wine and delicious mince pies, perfect for warming chilly hands and happy hearts. The room buzzed with laughter, endless hugs and smiles that said everything. The speeches were heartfelt and hilarious, and the dance floor was alive with some truly impressive moves.
A special shout-out must go to Hannah, who designed her own wedding outfit, absolutely stunning and uniquely her. You were a vision.
To the “cool glasses couple,” Luke and Hannah, thank you for letting me be part of such a meaningful chapter in your story. I wish you a lifetime of happiness, love, and adventures together xxx
