They went to the chapel……and guess what? They got married!
From the moment Chris proposed to his beautiful girlfriend in Sorrento, it was obvious these two were meant to be. They simply get each other, and their connection shines through.
Their wedding day unfolded on a gorgeous, warm day in the Kent countryside at the beautiful Chapel House Estate. It was the perfect setting for the start of their forever, surrounded by all of their favourite people.
Megan looked absolutely stunning. Even when her dress broke just minutes before the ceremony, it didn’t faze her in the slightest. All she cared about was walking down the aisle to marry the love of her life. The ceremony was filled with love, laughter, excitement, plenty of happy tears, and beautiful live music on the keyboard.
After a joyful confetti moment, it was time for love at first Spritz! Guest’s gathered in the stunning glass courtyard, sipping Aperol Spritz and Pimms while live acoustic music set the perfect atmosphere.
The whole day had such an incredible energy, the fun was highly contagious. Chris and Megan embraced every single moment, absolutely owning their wedding day like the superstars they are.
Their wedding breakfast entrance was unforgettable. Megan made her entrance to “Where the Hell Is My Husband?”, while Chris rolled in on his new scooter, courtesy of a pre-wedding Achilles injury, determined to keep up with his new wife! (P.S. It wasn’t quite the Rolex wedding gift he’d been hoping for!)
As if the day couldn’t get any better, midway through the wedding breakfast Megan climbed onto her chair, grabbed the microphone and belted out Cher’s top hit ‘Believe’. The whole room erupted with cheers—it genuinely felt like being at a concert.
Behind all the fun and laughter are two people with the biggest hearts. Their love for each other is undeniable and they wear their emotions proudly. There were happy tears throughout the day, but especially during the speeches. You could feel just how loved and supported they both are. One of my favourite moments was hearing Chris tell Megan that her ADHD is her superpower, a beautiful reminder that the things that make us different are often our greatest strengths.
Megan’s 12-year-old daughter, Mia, was Maid of Honour and delivered the most heartfelt speech. She spoke with such confidence and love, everyone in the room couldn’t have been prouder of her.
As the evening sun began to set, the newlyweds slipped away for a little quiet time together, wandering through the beautiful paddocks. It was the perfect opportunity to soak it all in, laugh together, and enjoy a few peaceful moments before the evening celebrations began.
A huge shout-out has to go to Megan, who poured so much creativity into the wedding. She made so many of the beautiful details herself, such lovely personal touches for their truly special day.
The evening party was exactly what you’d expect from Chris and Megan—absolutely epic! A brilliant live band kept the dance floor packed all night. There were Fireball shots, Mia showing off her legendary worm dance move, plenty of singing, hugs, laughter, the odd spillage and nonstop dancing. It really was party central!
Chris and Megan are fun, lovable, full of life and blessed with the biggest hearts. It was such a delight to be there documenting their incredible wedding day. Capturing moments like these are exactly why I love what I do.
